COD & Solids Monitoring In Effluent Discharges

The D-CHEK is designed to continuously monitor the COD/BOD/TOC and SS in various Works Inlets and Effluent Discharges.

The D-Chek was installed in the Final Effluent channel to continuously monitor the COD, SS and Temperature of the discharge. A submersible pump was installed in the FE chamber to allow the effluent sample to pass through the measuring Flow-Cell. Auto-Cleaning and Zero-Calibration of the sensors, are carried out at set intervals, to eliminate the effect of light source variations. The graph above represents COD (blue) and SS (green) trends of the effluent concerned.
